PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a passenger guidance system capable of improving accuracy of the passenger guidance at the station even when disorder of the train operation situation occurs. SOLUTION: A passenger guidance control device 103 receives train information 002 for passenger guidance from operation control system 001 controlling the train operation. The passenger guidance control device 003 disposed in the station creates the passenger guidance in the station by using the train information 002 for the passenger guidance received and triggering the interlocking information 004 in the station obtained from the station interlocking device 005 disposed in the station, and improves the accuracy of the passenger guidance by controlling so as to perform the passenger guidance of the station with an announcement device 006 and a departure sign 007.
