<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and more inexpensive brain function improving agent and food which are designed and processed so as to reveal a brain function improvement such as learning function improving effect and memorization power improving action for reducing the disease-causing risk accompanying the progress of ageing. <P>SOLUTION: The brain function improving agent and foods having a brain function improving action which are characterised by having components in a fraction extracted from an yeast belonging to Saccharomyces, Candida, and Kluyveromyces as effective components, and further, determining the extraction conditions so that the components act well, are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
