<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance usability and security without leading a user to misidentification. <P>SOLUTION: This communication device is equipped with first, second and third communication parts 3, 4 and 5 which can establish radio communication with a mobile terminal 2 in a prescribed communication area, a first communication instruction part 6, a second communication instruction part 7, a radio output control part 8, a radio intensity measuring part 9, a distance estimating part 10, and an operation performing part 11. On completion of a connection between a cellular phone 2 and the communication equipment near unlocking buttons b1, b2 and b3 which are pushed by the user, a connection between another communication device and the cellular phone 2 is established, and a distance from the cellular phone 2 is measured according to reception signal intensity in each of the communication devices.
