<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a powder of garlic and yolk, capable of producing the product in a powder state from raw materials in a paste state, by subjecting a combination of the garlic and the yolk as nutrients to vacuum heating and drying for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: This method comprises feeding a vacuum heating agitation pot with raw garlics or dried garlics in an amount of 80% based on the whole raw materials, heating and agitating the garlics in the pot at a temperature of ≤ 100°C for about 1 hr, subjecting the garlics to vacuum cooling with a vacuum generating unit, so as to cool them, feeding the pot with raw yolk, dried and frozen yolk, or the like, in an amount of 20%, agitating the materials in a vacuum state for about 30 min, subjecting the materials to the vacuum heating and drying for a long time of about 10 hr, and purifying the materials by changing the materials from the paste state to the powder state, wherein the vacuum heating agitation pot is joined to the vacuum generating unit, and the vacuum generating unit is connected to a cooling tower through a heat exchanger, so as to conduct cooling and circulating operations. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
