<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-sensitive transfer sheet and a light-sensitive laminate, capable of easily forming desired patterns of different thicknesses within an image. <P>SOLUTION: The light-sensitive transfer sheet is obtained by sequentially stacking on a support a first light-sensitive layer containing a binder, a polymerizable compound and a photopolymerization initiator, and a second light-sensitive layer containing a binder, a monofunctional polymerizable compound, a polyfunctional polymerizable compound and a photopolymerization initiator and having a relatively higher light sensitivity than the first light-sensitive layer.
