PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stroboscope device realizing setting free from errors by improving operability for setting a light emitting state of a light emitting part. SOLUTION: When the emitted light ratio of two left and right flashes, that is, an A flash 4a and a B flash 4b on a display panel 13, numerical value display 13c showing the emitted light ratio of two left and right flashes, that is, the A flash 4a and the B flash 4b as an actual numerical value and index display 13d showing the emitted light ratio of two left and right flashes, that is, the A flash 4a and the B flash 4b as bar display are simultaneously performed. Thus, the emitted light ratio of left and right flashes, that is, the A flash 4a and the B flash 4b is intuitively understood and further the actual numerical value is known.
