PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor cooling device which can reduce power consumption and/or can reduce noise and which can cool sufficiently a drive motor. SOLUTION: The motor cooling device 10 supplies oil which is run up by a gear 2 when a temperature difference between the temperature of the driving motor 16 and the temperature of oil is larger than a prescribed value, and oil cooled by an oil cooler 7, and supplies the supplied oil to the driving motor 16 through introductory pipes 12, 13. Moreover, the motor cooling device 10 stops the cooling of the oil according to the oil cooler 7 by turning off an electric motor 6 if the temperature difference between the temperature of the driving motor 16 and the temperature of the oil becomes smaller than the prescribed values.
