PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shade structure used for a lighting fixture, having high designability as for light decoration effect or the like, and being easy to structure a shaping and forming with a curved surface. SOLUTION: The shade structure 10 is such that blocks light from light sources for illuminating or lighting, or transmitting light with a limited amount of transmissive light, and it is structured by a platy material 5 having translucent parts T1, T2, T3 or the like, that transmit light formed by a cutting process or the like, and non-translucent parts N1, N2 or the like left uncut, that do not transmit light.
