摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a lockup clutch, further surely restraining lowering of traveling performance of a vehicle on the basis of the corresponding relationship between the magnitude of supercharging pressure and the traveling performance of the vehicle. SOLUTION: The lockup clutch includes a supercharger for supplying compressed air to a cylinder of an engine and a fluid transmission and a lockup clutch, which are disposed in a power transmission path extending from an engine to a wheel and disposed in parallel to each other. This control device of the lockup clutch includes a torque capacity control means (steps S4 to S10) for determining the traveling performance of a vehicle from an acceleration request in the vehicle and the supercharging pressure of compressed air supplied to the cylinder, controlling the torque capacity of the lockup clutch according to the determination result, and inhibiting the torque capacity of the lockup clutch from being increased higher than a predetermined value when the supercharging pressure is equal to or less than a first predetermined pressure or when the supercharging pressure exceeds a second predetermined pressure higher than the first predetermined pressure.
