PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce steady-state deviation without conducting integral control and to obtain high responsiveness to a load variation and a voltage variation. SOLUTION: This DC/DC converter 10 is a back converter that comprises: a DC power supply 81; a transistor 82; a free wheel diode 83; a reactor 84; a resistor 85; a capacitor 86; a resistor 87; a load 88; and a control part 11 or the like. The control part 11 generates a control signalΔD so that an output voltage Vout coincides with a target voltage Vref on the basis of an input voltage Vi, a reactor voltage Vrct' and the output voltage Vout.
