PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication support device, capable of shortening the time interval for responding to communication information and of smoothly transmitting the communication information, and to provide a communication support program. SOLUTION: A transmission source information setting means 25 generates a transmission source information table 27, in which transmission source identification information 27a and response-enabled time zone information 27b input to an input unit 22 are associated with each other and stores it to a table storage means. A time zone information extracting means 28 extracts the response-enabled time zone information 27b of a first communication device 11 from the table 27 stored in the table storage means, and a reception time information acquiring 29 acquires the reception time information, when a mail M transmitted from the first communications device 11 has been received. An urgency level calculating means 30 calculates the urgency level of the received mail M, based on the response enabled time zone information 27b and the reception time information.
