PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment, in which a plural kind of radio communications modules can efficiently and commonly use an antenna, and to provide a diversity antenna control method. SOLUTION: A high-frequency signal of a 1st frequency band (fA) between an auxiliary antenna 40B and a 1st radio communication module 10, and a high-frequency signal of a 2nd frequency band (fB) between the auxiliary antenna 40B and a 2nd radio communications module 20 are divided by a filter 30. By this method, the 1st radio communications module 10 carries out radio communication with an external device by a space diversity reception control by using the main antenna 40A and the auxiliary antenna 40B, in parallel with this, the 2nd radio communications module 20 can carry out radio communication with an external device by using the auxiliary antenna 40B.
