PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield case holding structure capable of holding two kinds of shield cases of different size in an electronic equipment case with a metal fitting. SOLUTION: A shield case 2 or 3 is held in the main unit case 4 with a metal fitting 13. This metal fitting 13 comprises a first part 13A having a first section 13Aa at one side to hold a first shield case 2, a second part 13B having one side adjacent to the other side of the first part 13A and extending in a direction orthogonal to the first part 13A and a third part 13C having one side adjacent to the other side of the second part 13B and extending in parallel to the first part 13A.
