WATER-BASED NICKEL ELECTRODE INK, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LAMINATED CERAMIC CAPACITOR USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a water-based nickel electrode ink in which nickel powder and ceramic powder are dispersed and stabilized, and provide a manufacturing method of a laminated ceramic capacitor wherein gravure print is made with the ink directly on a dielectric green sheet. SOLUTION: The water-based nickel electrode ink 6 excellent in dispersibility is obtained by making the ratio of Ni(OH)2to NiO/Ni(OH)2of the surface of the nickel powder 50 mol% or more. An internal electrode pattern of the laminated ceramic capacitor is gravure printed directly on the dielectric green sheet 4 with the water-based nickel electrode ink 6. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
