PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push-button device of an electronic apparatus capable of providing a further comfortable click feeling. SOLUTION: A tact switch 35 is mounted on a circuit board 20, and a push button 25 is integrally formed at the mounting position of the tact switch 35 through an elastic deformation part 25a forming a skirt shape on an elastic sheet material 21. The push button 25 is formed into a solid structure, and the elastic deformation part 25a is so formed as to form a space (b) between the upper surface 35a of the tact switch 35 and the undersurface 25b of the push button 25.
