PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving support device which is capable of supporting driver's driving so as to enable the driver to smoothly turn to the right. SOLUTION: A driving support device 1 determines whether the vehicle can turn to the right at an intersection or not on the basis of a direction in which the vehicle enters the intersection, and features of the intersection when the vehicle approaches the intersection. Meanwhile, the driving support device 1 detects driver's intention to turn to the right. In the case that the driving support device 1 determines that the vehicle can turn to the right at the intersection, and detects driver's intention to turn to the right, the driving support device 1 detects and presents the change of a signal state at the intersection to the driver. Thus the driving support device 1 causes the driver to properly recognize the signal change at the intersection.
