PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure good heat insulation and termite preventing properties in the foundation of a building in which dirt floor concrete is placed, and to provide a termite preventing structure and a termite prevention execution method which are easily reexecuted in accordance with an effect duration period of a termite preventing agent and hence prevent damage caused by termites in advance. SOLUTION: A heat insulating material A is located with its lower end held in a position at a specific distance from the upper surface of the dirt floor concrete 20. A heat insulating material B is located with its side edge part inserted between the lower end of the heat insulating material A and the dirt floor concrete 20. A granular termite preventing agent 31 is filled between a corner at which the inner side surface of a basic beam 10 and the dirt floor concrete 20 join together and the side edge of the heat insulating material B. Accordingly, termites are prevented from invading the interior of the heat insulating materials A, B through a concrete construction joint part between the basic beam 10 and the dirt floor concrete 20.
