PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous layer earthquake-proof wall structure capable of properly keeping column legs and wall legs without excessively designing. SOLUTION: The joined part of a frame column 5 to the frame beam 17 of a wall body 16 forms a column/beam rigid connection part 18 integrated by inserting a beam lateral reinforcement therein. In a vertical boundary surface between the frame column and the wall body, a column/wall body vertical joining part in which the frame column is not formed integrally with the wall body with wall horizontal reinforcements is formed. A sliding yielding type earthquake-proof wall 14 comprises a displacement vertical deformation capacity enabling the joining surface between the frame column and the wall body to be vertically slid over the entire range of a story height by yielding the beam lateral reinforcements by the column/beam rigid joining part.
