PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber-reinforced polyolefin resin composition which is improved in bending strength, flexural modulus and impact strength. SOLUTION: This fiber-reinforced resin composition contains (A) a carbon fiber, (B) a polyolefin resin, (C) an acid-modified polyolefin resin and (D) a multifunctional compound having at least two functional groups which can react with each of a reactive functional group of (A) the carbon fiber and a reactive functional group of (D) the acid-modified polyolefin resin, in the following content (wt%): A:[(B)+(C)+(D)]=1-80 : 99-20, [(B)+(C)]:(D)=95-99.9 : 5-0.1, and (B):(C)= 50-99.9 : 50-0.1.
