PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapper of which seal opening can be easily carried out and capable of preventing some stored contents from being damaged during its carrying state. SOLUTION: This wrapper comprises an outer wrapping member 1 formed by folding and processing a sheet and an inner bag 2 formed of a flexible sheet into a bag shape to store a plurality of stored items A. The outer wrapping member 1 comprises a cylindrical barrel part 10 having at least one end opened and a lid piece 11 extending with one end opening edge of the barrel part 10 being applied as a base end and that can be folded back toward the barrel part 10. This outer wrapping member 1 has a holding means 12 for use in holding the lid piece 11 under its folded-back state. The inner bag 2 is constituted such that the other end extends more outward than the base end under a state in which one end storing the stored items A is stored at the barrel part 10 and a seal opening means is arranged near one end opening edge of the barrel part 10.
