PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal rotor not generating a run-out by retaining each section shape in a longitudinal direction in a specified shape following application of twist. SOLUTION: The metal rotor 1 includes a rotary brush provided near a suction inlet of a vacuum cleaner. The section perpendicular to an axis in the longitudinal direction of the rotor 1 has the specified, twisted degree of an angle around the axis in the longitudinal direction, retains itself in the specified shape and is formed into a continuously screwed shape.
