PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension structure which is easily worked and assembled thereby enables manufacture cost thereof to be reduced. SOLUTION: The suspension structure 1 is attached to the inner bottom surface of a vehicle body 71. A bar-shaped member 20 is formed of a steel wire and provided with prescribed torsional elasticity, and a first annular part 21 and a second annular part 22 are formed by annularly bending the steel wire at both ends of the bar-shaped member 20. The first annular part 21 is fixed to a projection part 75 on the inner bottom surface of the vehicle body 71, and a pivot shaft 30 is attached to the second annular part 22. A swing arm 50 is attached on the other end side of the pivot shaft 30, integrated with the pivot shaft 30 and turned in the range allowed by the torsional elasticity of the bar-shaped member 20.
