PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and inexpensive dispenser for a dental adhesive material for discharging the dental adhesive material inside a cartridge only for a desired amount. SOLUTION: The dispenser for the dental adhesive material comprises: a piston rod 1 in a columnar shape; a housing main body 2 provided with a mounting part 2a on a front end and a screw hole 2d into which a frictional force imparting member 2c for imparting frictional force to the piston rod 1 is screw-threaded from a lower part to a front part guide path 2b; a push plate 3 where an engaging hole 3a is perforated, which is pressed by a spring 3c for the push plate provided so as to abut on the surface on the rear side of a push plate guide path 2e, and whose engaging hole 3a is engaged with the piston rod 1 to slide it forward when force in a front direction is imparted; and a lever 4 mounted on the side face of the housing body 2 and swung so as to slide the piston rod 1 forward in the axial direction by tilting it forward against the force of the spring 3c for the push plate by being pressed at the upper surface front part.
