PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical appliance which is excellent in portability, and can favorably perform the emitting and discharging of a fragrance. SOLUTION: This fragrance emitting electrical appliance is equipped with an external case 1 which extends in the vertical direction, a battery 2 which is housed in the external case 1, and a fragrance emitting mechanism 10 which is arranged on the upper side of the battery 2, and is driven by power from the battery 2. At the uppermost section of the external case 1, an opening section 1h which releases the fragrance being emitted from the fragrance emitting mechanism 10 is provided.
