The invention relates to a vehicle seat comprising a backrest (11), an, in particular, height-adjustable headrest (12), which has a head cushion (15), and comprising a device (13), which is provided for heating the neck and head area of a seat occupant with warm air and which has an air duct (16) with a warm air outlet opening (18) arranged inside the head cushion. In order to improve the heat comfort of seat occupants even when body sizes differ with regard to the neck and head area, the warm air outlet opening (18) is situated on the underside of the head cushion, and the space between the underside (152) of the head cushion and the upper side (111) of the backrest is shielded at the back by means of a covering (23).
