A BD-ROM contains a video stream and a plurality of copy control information: CCI for HD with CM, CCI for SD with CM, CCI for HD without CM, CCI for SD without CM. The video stream constitutes a moving picture made of a plurality of frame images. Among the copy control information, CCI for HD with CM and CCI for SD with CM are information defining the form for outputting information whether recording is enabled or disabled when converting the video stream into a video signal and outputting it to a display device, together with additional information. CCI for HD without CM and CCI for SD without CM are information defining the form for outputting information whether recording is enabled or disabled when converting the video stream into a video signal and outputting it to the display device, directly in a non-synthesized state.
