The device has a moveable part (10) mounted in an articulated manner around an axle on a fixed part (20) and including arrangements (11, 12, 12`) to fix a radio frequency identification tag. A support arrangement (23) and a support part (33) permit to determine one of angular positions between the fixed part and the moveable part receiving the tag under an effect of gravity force. The parts (23, 33) are formed by a slider (30).
