The heat exchanger pipe (1) comprises outside and inside coatings (7, 9) respectively reducing adhesion of a steam medium (25) to the pipe outer surface (3), and that of a cooling medium (27) to the pipe inner surface (5). Independent claims are also included for: (A) a heat exchanger with the proposed heat exchanger pipes; (B) an application of coating materials for reduction of adhesion of media to the heat exchanger pipe outer and inner surfaces.
