The present invention relates to a vector (stent) for endoluminal delivery of active agents that are antagonists of restenosis, in particular, of Paclitaxel and FK506 applied on the outer surface of the stent within cavities present on said surface in a Paclitaxel:FK506 weight ratio with respect to the total quantity of these agents loaded on the stent comprised between 1:72 and 1:0.2.
