PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid heater improved in safety by lowering the temperature of discharged steam. SOLUTION: A lid 4 is provided with a discharge pipe 8 having an inlet 8a and an outlet 8b communicating with the outside of the lid 4 and a communicating pipe 9 whose communicating port at one end is connected to the inside of an inner pot 2 (container) and whose jet nozzle 9a at the other end is connected to the inside of the discharge pipe 8. The jet nozzle 9a of the communicating pipe 9 is pointed toward the outlet 8b of the discharge pipe 8. |
