Method and circuit for phase alignment of amplifier modules

The method involves defining an amplifier module as a reference module with a fixed phase in a first step, setting the phases of the other modules in second and further steps in pairs with the reference module so that the combined output power of the respective individual module and the reference module is minimal and rotating the phase of the reference module through 180 degrees in a last stage. An independent claim is also included for a circuit for phase equalization of amplifier modules.
