FIELD: mechanical engineering; automobile and tractor engines. ^ SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, simultaneously with lapping of seat and valve, mechanical point impact are applied over upper surface of head at angle of 90° along edge and tangentially to surface. Device for joining valve and seat contains striker with head, support for striker installed and fixed on cylinder head, bushing located under valve head. Spring is installed in bushing whose length is less than length of compressed spring. ^ EFFECT: reduced labor input, increased reliability of repair. ^ 1 dwg |
