摘要 FIELD: forming of loads or portions of glass for manufacture of glass ware. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device consists of inner center (core) glass surrounded by outer enveloped glass including aperture for delivery of center glass through first hole, circular sleeve having second hole located downward from first hole vertically and coaxially with it, side passage for reception of enveloped glass and chamber surrounding second hole; this chamber is open towards aperture and is communicated with second hole through proportioning clearance between first and second holes; device is also provided with supply pipe for delivery of enveloped glass from second source to circular sleeve through side passage and then to said chamber in such way that glass flows by gravity from first and second sources through said holes, thus forming flashed glass flow. Device is provided with heating chute made from refractory material and located under circular sleeve separately from it; upper surface of heating chute is brought in contact with lower surface of circular sleeve; heating chute includes at least one electric heating element made in said refractory material and used for delivery of heat through circular sleeve to aperture and said chamber and at least one temperature sensor which is also mounted in said refractory material and used for measurement of temperature of heating chute and temperature control circuit. ^ EFFECT: enhanced smoothness of thickness of enveloped glass over circumference of flashed glass flow. ^ 2 cl, 7 dwg
