FIELD: methods of processing of thermoplastic materials into items. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to processing of thermoplastic materials into items, in particular, to processing of the materials containing at least one crystalline either semi-crystalline polymer or a copolymer with a definite fusion temperature, a crystallizing temperature and a vitrification temperature. The method provides for heating of a thermoplastic material up to the temperature exceeding its fusion point and processing of the heated material into an item in a molding system, reducing its temperature from the temperature at least close to the fusion point down to the temperature less than the solidus temperature. A thermoplastic material before and-or during its passing through the molding device is effected by the field of a static electricity formed between a positive electrode being in contact with a thermoplastic material and a negative electrode or "earth". The device for realization of the method contains an extruding head or a molding chamber with a channel for a thermoplastic material passage into it and with one or several walls being in contact with the material. The device is also supplied with a cooling device, which is intended at least for a partial cooling of one or several walls of the head or the chamber, and a device for connection of at least one wall or a part of a wall of the chamber the head, which is in contact with the material the power supply source. The power supply source forms a field of a static electricity between at least this wall or a part of the wall and other wall or a part of a wall of the chamber or the head. The invention allows to reduce friction resistance, to improve mechanical properties of a finished item, ensures a persistence of the consumption of the material passing through the extruder head. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures a decreased friction resistance, improved mechanical properties of a commercial item, persistent consumption of the material passing through the extruder head. ^ 32 cl, 17 dwg |
