FIELD: oil processing industry; devices for automatic control over the technological mode of operation of atmospheric and vacuum columns. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to devices for automatic control over the technological mode of operation of the stripping sections (strippers) of the complex rectifying columns of the preliminary distillation and may be used in oil processing industry. The device contains several stripping sections of a complex column connected by streams of vapors gated out from the top of each stripper. At that only the stream of vapors gated out from the upper section is condensed and the streams of vapors from the top of each underlying stripping section are fed into a still of the overlying section and it differs so, that it additionally contains an ejector of the bypass streams of vapors from the top of the underlying stripper, a temperature sensing device of an overlying stripper, the pressure sensor of an underlying stripper, a temperature regulator, outlet of which is connected with the actuating device on the stream of vapors fed into the still of the stripper, a pressure regulator of an underlying stripper, outlet of which is connected with an actuating device on an ejected stream of vapors. The device ensures independence of vapor-free stripping in each stripping section and allows to improve quality of regulation of each gated out product as well as to produce the given quality of a condensate of vapors of the upper stripping section and to gate it out by a separate stream in the capacity of one of products of the separation. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures improved quality of regulation of each gated out product, production of the given quality condensate of vapors from the upper stripping section and gating it out by a separate stream as one of products of the separation. ^ 2 dwg |
