Fastener having a deformable head

The unit has a head (1) including petals (3) that are deformed using longitudinal grooves, where each petal has a shoulder and a rim. A gripping unit is positioned on the petals by coupling dovetail surfaces of outer side of the rim. The width of the grooves is reduced and the head is deformed, by exerting radial centripetal force on the petals by the gripping unit.
