FIELD: pulse engineering; laser initiating pulse shapers. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device has power supply, flash lamp and flash transformer, chokes, diode, capacitors, first and second thyristors. First and second thyristors are interconnected in series and connected to power supply. First choke, fourth thyristor, and first capacitor are connected to power supply. Third thyristor and second capacitor are connected in parallel with fourth thyristor and third capacitor. Diode and fifth thyristor are connected in parallel with second capacitor. Fourth capacitor is connected in parallel with third capacitor and also in parallel with flash lamp and secondary winding of flash transformer. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in using laser lamp due to enhanced pumping voltage of lamp. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg |
