Base station of radio channel and system of automobile state sensors, at least one digital all round view video camera, loud speakers and microphones are connected to computer. Said antenna has orientation system, and software of carry-on computer can provide communication by radio channel with similar computers installed on other automobiles to receive audio and video information from said computers.
