FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves doing physical training and breathing exercises. Muscle stretching exercises are done in squatting position to the moment when patient is able to assume position with one leg bent and the whole foot resting on supporting surface. The other leg is stretched and pressed with the heel against supporting surface and foot toe of this foot directed upwards whereas the head is turned towards straight leg toe. Then, the straight leg heel is arranged along the line drawn in perpendicular to the bent leg foot line with fingertips pressed against supporting surface. Straight arm is on the side of the bent leg and touches the straight leg foot toe with straight arm fingers, or straight leg is stretched forwards in parallel to human body symmetry plane in placing straight arms behind the back and pressing the fingers against the supporting surface, or straight leg is stretched aside in perpendicular to straight back line and the straight back is positioned in parallel to the supporting surface when resting on the supporting surface with hands turned to meet each other under human chest and arms bent in elbows. Another position is formed with one leg being bent and foot instep and knee pressed against supporting surface, the other straight leg being stretched aside with internal lateral foot side pressed against supporting surface, arms being bent in elbows, hand palms having fists clenched and turned to face each other, elbows being put on the supporting surface, head being turned towards straight leg toe. Static voluntary muscle contraction is done when expiring with stable equilibrium being retained in the assumed gymnastic posture.
