СПОСОБ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ЖЕЛУДОЧНОГО СВИЩА, ОТКРЫВАЮЩЕГОСЯ В ПЛЕВРАЛЬНУЮ ПОЛОСТЬ

FIELD: medicine, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with operative treatment of digestive fistulas: one should lance patient's pleural cavity, introduce proximal end of guide fish line into gastric cavity through the fistula and withdraw this end with the help of endoscope through patient's nose. Fish line's distal end should be withdrawn out of pleural cavity through additional incision in thoracic wall above diaphragm. Along this end of fish line one should introduce a Foley catheter into gastric cavity, its cuff should be blown to obdurate the fistula. After healing the fistula both catheter and fish line should be removed. The innovation enables to shorten terms of treating gastric fistulas opening into pleural cavity. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 1 ex
