FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for manufacturing agent used for biological protection of plants and concerns to a method for preparing preparation used for treatment of plants. Method involves enzymatic hydrolysis of biomass of micromycetes of family Mortierella or Pythium, its extraction with a liquid extractant taken among group including lower alcohols, saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbons comprising up to 10 carbon atoms in their molecule, their halogen-derivatives, inert gases, nitrogen, nitrous oxide and their mixtures, separation of extract and addition to extract of inactive components to obtain the end product. In the enzymatic hydrolysis process pressure value in reaction mixture if dropped periodically to value providing boiling up extractant and then pressure value is increased up to the parent value.
