Records of call details are transmitted from the access server to a billing module (1003). A second set of call records is transmitted from the access server to a proxy module (1002). The service requested from the provider (1008) of a fixed network (1007) is billed (1016) using a clearing module (1004) and/or the TAP files (1017) are transmitted to a GSM (1005) service provider (1006) for billing.
