PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complicated three dimensionally shaped composite material parts consisting of a metal or a ceramic and constituted of >=2 kinds of parts different in the component, and to provide its production method. SOLUTION: At least one or more kinds of powdery material selected from ceramic powder and metal powder are mixed with an organic binder to prepare >=2 kinds of molding materials 4 different in the component. A molding composed of >=2 kinds of parts different in the component is molded by injecting each molding material into a metallic mold 1 to carry out injection molding. The molding is dewaxed and sintered. The injection molding is applicable even for the molding of the complicated three dimensional shape. The molding of complicated three dimensional shaped composite material part composed of >=2 kinds of parts different in the component consisting of the ceramic, the metal or the like is easily produced by sintering the molding in this way. |
