PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device constituted so that high image quality can be more stably obtained by properly destaticizing a recording medium. SOLUTION: By a primary transfer power source 101, a constant primary transfer current is made to flow to a photoreceptor drum 1 from a primary transfer roll 9 through an intermediate transfer body 2. By a temperature/humidity detection part 102, atmospheric temperature and atmospheric humidity are detected based on a primary transfer voltage. By a secondary transfer voltage decision part 103, a secondary transfer voltage V2 is decided based on the detected temperature and/or the detected humidity. By a secondary transfer voltage generation part 105, the voltage V2 is generated at a metallic electrical conductive roll 101. By a discharge voltage decision part 104, a bias voltage VB impressed on a discharger 6 is decided based on the voltage V2 . By a destaticizing voltage generation part 106, the decided bias voltage VB is generated at a destaticizing unit 6. |
