PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable access to related information with minimum operation by automatically accessing a dedicated server and displaying out a program according to the schedule table of provision programs and a program judging function. SOLUTION: The program including URL data for providing the related information is provided on a display part 7. When a user wants to provide the related information, the URL data are extracted from the program on an electronic signboard device 1 by operating a portable operating part 22 of the portable terminal equipment 21, and related URL data are received through a portable communication control part 30 and an external communication control part 11 and temporarily stored in a received URL memory 24. When connection operation is performed by the portable operating part 22, a portable control part 29 reads out the received URL, connects the URL in an opened server device 42 through a portable communication line control part 26, receives data of the URL and temporarily stores them in a portable reception memory 25. A portable display part 27 reads the received data in the reception memory 25 and a display picture signal is generated and displayed out. |
