Flat implant for use in surgery comprises a flexible flat structure made from NOTLESS 2 separate textile structures, which are bonded firmly to a composite construction over the entire area of the implant. An Independent claim is also included for the production of the implant by bonding not less than 2 separate textile structures over their entire area to a flexible flat composite structure.
