Diffuser has a diffuser channel with an injection opening (41) for injecting working fluid and forming an end of a feed (35) for the working fluid on the outlet side. Preferred Features: One end of the feed is formed by an opening (37) for receiving working fluid. The working fluid is removed in the form of wet steam or hot steam.
