System and method for electronically checking parking

A mobile electronic display device positioned in the vehicle is charged by means of a charging device by electronic signals that correspond to parking time units. Signal transmitting elements (7,8) are respectively provided in both the display and charging devices so that transmission of electronic signals that define the parking time unit is possible. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a charging device; (B) an electronic parking control system; and (C) a parking time control method.
