The station has cabinets (40a, 40b) accessible via access doors (46). The cabinet (40a) has a set of processing stations (44a, 44b, 45a, 45b) that connects filters (2a, 2b) to be processed. A gaseous fluid processing source (43) is connected to the processing stations. The gaseous fluid is distributed to processing stations for allowing back-sweeping of the filters. A separate enclosure within the station houses electronic units, including a computer running programs necessary for controlling the system.
