A housing (2) has two longitudinally-extending accommodating chambers (3) arranged one on top of the other. Each chamber has an opening (7) towards the front end face of the housing and a slot that extends from the side face of the housing into the chamber and through an end wall (4) forming the end face into the opening. The chamber receives a corresponding contact element (9).
